What are life policy ancillary benefits?

When you are employed hopefully the company you work for provides their employees with a health care plan. Typically, these plans include health insurance that covers medical, dental, and others. Some even provide life insurance, and thus grant the individual ancillary benefits, as well. Ancillary benefits refer to the costs covered under your health care plan that include bills referring to the costs of ambulance transportation, blood work, drugs administered, and othe medical supplies like bandages and such. These are usually layered on top of other major medical coverage of your insurance.
